where to ask except than FAQ

Hi there,

I want to know if any question is not in FAQ section then where to ask other question.

Like I want to know something more about payment issue. Like if

1. I don't want to get payment less than $50 so what I have to do.

2. I Don't took my payment this month will I able to get it into next month

3. What is the basic criteria for not to spam.
