We are planing to make a website in the comming months. We would require some country specific sigups there - ie, we would only like to allow people of some specific country to be the members of that site, and prevent the rest of the surfers to join the site.

For this purpose, we would need some kind of software/script, that could trace the IP of every surfer, and can let us know the country of every user, so that we can control the signups.

We would also require a program/script that could automatically trace the IP, and if its invalid (as per our requirements) - it could give a message - 'We currently dont accept members from your country', and could prevent the user to sign up.

We are looking for someone who is interested in doing this job for us, prefarably a profesional. Interested person may reply here or PM me for further details.
