Moderators should be made to prevent all kinds of spam/scam ,and like before there should be no limit to posting ,and 20 words per post necessary to be made. And I think this posting rule which was made earlier was one of the best part of this forum ,so dont change it. First of all let me make it clear that this forum is not a "MONEY MAKING MACHINE". I want it to be a place where others can really hangout and share their feeking and views, but what I observed in the First week, that everyone was just in a race of posting, most of them were just not thinking what they were doing or writing, some of them were even copying nd pasting. So as to achieve the limit as soon as possible and once they reached in a day or two there was less active participation in the forum. The posting limit will make them to think a little before posting as now there eill be no race of posting, and all can reach the mark at the same time. Moreover it wil keep a regularity of the user visiting the forum and hence more strong relationships with him i think this is a negative approach. firstly, i dont buy that money making machne funda, as 2 cents per post can maximum get tranfereed into a few dollars per day, even if some one just copy n pastes. also, what i know of human psycology, n that of my own experience of other discussion forums is that no one can continuosly spam a site, he might start of well, may be psot abt a 100 posts per day, that might contnue for a maximum of 3-4 days, after that he looses interest in it. tha i can say from my personal exprerience. as it has been already suggested, the right apporach should b that mods should b active , n they shoudl imediately delete the spam posts, this in a lon run, will send a clear message to the spammers that theere trick wont work. y am i saying is is beacuse i know this very well, that if u limit 25 posts per day ( i think its 25 only or is that more?) u wll never be able to make this site popular, most of the successul discussion forums provide unlimited posting n their mods take care of spamoing. thats the way it should be. so pls consider this. in case u want to discuss this issue further, just reply, n i shall continue. thank you.
