Hi everybody
I know that all of you might be enjoying here. I have finished up with the basic installation work and is now looking for moderators. The eligibility to become moderator of this site is as follows

1. You should have posted a minimum of 100 posts here.
2. Posts will be scrutinized for quality contents and users will be short - listed. So post quality contents and you will be one step nearer to the "Moderator" level. Don't worry, the cut off for quality content post will low but try to post quality contents as much as possible. Because it will help both of us to grow with this site
3. Past experience as a moderator will be preferred

The benefits that a moderator will get will not be disclosed. It will be told to the moderator in private

well being a moderator I think is someone who really can give in that time not only 100 post time is very important here

Yeah I agree with you
A moderator should be able to give quite a lot of time to the forum

But first of all I will have to check Is the person really serious about the forum and is actively contributing to the forum. The posts of the users will be scrutinized and only those will succeed to the second round who has really given quality contents to the forum.
To be eligible for first round, I think 100 posts eligibility is enought to test user activity at the forum

But to be eligible for the second round, what matters will be the quality of posts.

I have past experiences.

I have been a moderator in a forum and an administrator too.

It's a lot of hard work but I'm enjoying it. Hope you guys, will consider my application.

There are so many members who will apply for the Mods post.
But they don't know what is the work and time we have to put in
the forum. We have to go through each and every thread and
study the posting and remove the Junk and spam posting and
in the same time identify the duplicate postings. This is not an
easy work. Now a days this is a status symbol to say that I am
a Mod in so and so forums.

I agree that saying a so and so on this is not enough to make some of us as a moderator.

It is not enough.

A moderator needs to moderate a forum like check every forum in it with spams, double post and out of topic posts. Also, you need to maintain the post itself, add threads which are related to that particular forums.

As for Administrators, you need to guide your moderators.
Be the one who solve the problems of the site if their is a bug or whatever lapses of the forum may encounter.

I have been a member of this forum for quite sometime now, I don't want to push if I will not be selected as a forum moderator.

But still I want to help.

I need only a few post to reach 100 because I'm choosing those threads which are of my interest where I can answer or reply sensibly.

For my application, I have proof that I have experience.

i could spend 2-3 hours daily if there is not emergency..
i have some experience of admin..i used to host a site on a free hosting server
